Our products are used successfully worldwide for cleaning dirty anilox rollers for the flexographic printing process. The impressive cleaning results mean more stability and quality for your printing results and a long service life for your printing cylinders - regardless of the UV, EB, solvent or water-based ink system used. Material resistance and high performance go hand in hand here.

Machine cleaning

Selecting the right anilox roller for a job requires a lot of time and care. The line screen, cell geometry and cell volume are carefully considered in order to apply a precise amount of ink or coating to the substrate. We know that: To ensure this precision, proper cleaning of the anilox rollers is essential. Our aim is to eliminate the need for deep or basic cleaning when using our cleaners. Our AniClean series has been specially developed for the removal of stubborn inks from anilox rollers.

Our AniClean products

The AniClean product family includes highly alkaline cleaning concentrates that are low-emission and foam-free above 40 °C. They are non-flammable in the application concentration and offer high economic efficiency thanks to the long service life of the cleaning bath and the use in aqueous dilution.

Manual anilox roller cleaning

There are two types of chemical anilox roller cleaning: daily cleaning after each new set-up and deep cleaning every 1-3 months. We therefore offer both daily cleaners that are tailored to the respective ink system and special products for deep cleaning.

Ultrasonic cleaning of anilox rollers

Anilox rollers are often cleaned using ultrasound. A combination of ultrasonic waves and a cleaning agent is used. The ultrasonic waves cause cavitation bubbles, the implosion of which dissolves the contaminants on contact with the surface - e.g. in the cells of anilox rollers for flexographic printing. Our ultrasonic cleaners are concentrates, the dilution of which you can determine yourself depending on the difficulty of the cleaning task.
