Paste S is a special agent for manual cleaning. The product is suitable for manual brushing or brushing on and reliably removes cross-linked printing inks, paints and varnishes. The flash point of Paste S is over 95 °C according to DIN EN 22719-A.
Application
Paste S is a special acidic agent for direct application. Paste S removes cross-linked printing inks, paints and varnishes from stainless steel. Ceramic surfaces and other materials must be tested for resistance before treatment. Paste S is applied undiluted to the dry surfaces to be cleaned or brushed on. The exposure time of Paste S depends on the degree of cross-linking and the layer thickness of the printing inks, paints and varnishes to be removed, but should not exceed 20 minutes at 25 °C.
Warning! Avoid diluting Paste S with water or solvents!
Instructions for use:
It is recommended to remove residual adhesions of Paste S from the cleaned surfaces by rinsing with plenty of water or immersing in water and then wiping off.
Disposal: It is recommended to neutralize the acidic rinsing water of Paste S by carefully adding KS Neutralizing Agent (pH 7-8). For neutralization, approx. 1 liter of neutralization lye is required for 1 liter of Paste S. Only mix Paste S with the neutralization lye in aqueous dilution.
Example calculation:
1 L of Paste S diluted in 200 L of water requires approx. 1 L of KS Neutralizing Agent for neutralization.
The treated rinsing water can be discharged in compliance with local official regulations.
