AniClean R5 is a highly alkaline, water-miscible cleaner concentrate that has been specially developed for cleaning rubber rollers. The concentrate has the special property of being foam-free above 40 °C. In addition, it is non-flammable in the application concentration and is therefore safe to use. The economic efficiency of AniClean R5 is demonstrated by the long service life of the wash bath and the possibility of using it in aqueous dilution.
Application
AniClean R5 is a highly alkaline cleaning concentrate for the production of aqueous washing baths for closed cleaning processes in spray applications. AniClean R5 is designed for the removal of printing inks from printing and anilox rollers. Its good compatibility with rubber surfaces is particularly noteworthy. In the application concentration, the washing bath is foam-free above 40 °C.
Instructions for use:
Cleaned surfaces should be rinsed with water. Evaporation and carry-over may reduce the wash bath. Resharpen with the cleaner concentrate and water at the starting concentration.
Suitable surfaces: Steel, stainless steel, Teflon, rubber, HDPE, chrome (after consultation)
Unsuitable surfaces: Aluminium, galvanized components, non-ferrous metals, plastics
Area of application: Rubber anilox rollers
For removal of: Printing inks (waterbased, solventbased, UV), including heavily cross-linked, dried-on inks
