AniClean R5 L is a highly alkaline, water-miscible cleaning concentrate. The concentrate is low-emission and non-flammable in the application concentration. In addition, AniClean R5 L is foam-free above 40 °C and economical, as it enables a long service life of the wash bath and can be used in aqueous dilution.
Application
AniClean R5 L is a highly alkaline cleaning concentrate for the production of aqueous washing baths for closed cleaning processes in spray applications. AniClean R5 L is designed for the removal of highly cross-linked printing inks from printing and anilox rollers. In the application concentration, the washing bath is foam-free above 40 °C.
Instructions for use:
Cleaned surfaces should be rinsed with water. Evaporation and carry-over can reduce the wash bath. Resharpen with the cleaner concentrate and water at the starting concentration.
Suitable surfaces: Steel, stainless steel, Teflon, HDPE, chrome (after consultation)
Unsuitable surfaces: Aluminium, galvanized components, non-ferrous metals, plastics
Area of application: Printing and anilox rollers, anilox washing machine
For the removal of: even heavily cross-linked dried residues (solventbased, UV, waterbased: after testing)
