Description
InkClean Extra is a water-free, highly alkaline special cleaner. Our product is a ready-to-use solution and can be applied undiluted to surfaces. InkClean Extra also removes cross-linked paints and varnishes. The cleaner is low-emission.
Application
InkClean Extra is an anhydrous, highly alkaline cleaning concentrate for direct application. InkClean Extra is only applied undiluted to dry surfaces using suitable stainless steel brushes.
Instructions for use:
The exposure time depends on the type and strength of the soiling. Residues of InkClean Extra are removed with water after the exposure time. A final rinsing of the surface with water under high pressure and thorough drying are recommended. It is possible to discharge the treated rinsing water with parts of the cleaner in compliance with local regulations.
Suitable surfaces: Ceramics, steel, stainless steel
Not suitable surfaces: Aluminum, zinc and non-ferrous metals
Area of application: manual process, cleaning of printing and embossing rollers
For removing: cross-linked, hardened paints and varnishes (all ink systems)
