Preparation Container / Dissolver

Cleaning the Preparation Container and Dissolver

Our high-performance product range is ideal for cleaning mobile and stationary tanks, dissolvers and mixing containers in various sizes. After each production process, residues can be removed mechanically, manually or by flooding with the cleaning agent. Our unique aqueous alkaline products can replace solvent-based cleaning processes, which not only reduces costs but also simplifies compliance with occupational safety regulations as well as storage, handling and disposal. In addition, our high-boiling solvent cleaners significantly improve occupational safety.

Machine cleaning of mobile preparation containers

Mobile preparation containers can be cleaned inside and out in the appropriate washing machines. The product, system, washing process, cleaning duration, temperature and dosage define which of our special products is right for your process. We have special products for reactive, liquid, dried, heavily or less heavily cross-linked adhesions of all ink systems.

Product families: InkClean

Clean stationary batch tanks by flooding

Stationary dissolvers, preparation tanks or mixing tanks are often cleaned periodically by flooding with a suitable cleaning agent. This often results in long exposure times. Our concentrates can be individually adapted to the degree of difficulty of the cleaning task. Thanks to the high dirt-carrying capacity of our cleaners, cleaning baths that have already been contaminated can be pumped over and reused.

Product families: Paintex Aqua, InkClean and PowerClean

Clean stationary preparation containers with thixotropic cleaners

Instead of flooding stationary mixing tanks, they can also be cleaned with our innovative thixotropic products, and that with only a fraction of the usual cleaning volume. The cleaner is sprayed onto the surface and, thanks to its thixotropic properties, remains there. A 20-liter canister is enough to clean containers with a volume of up to 20 m³. With this method, even horizontal surfaces, such as the dome cover area, can be easily cleaned 'upside down'. After the exposure time, the cleaning agent is simply rinsed off with water.
