Paintex 1967 is a highly alkaline, water-miscible cleaner concentrate for the removal of paints and varnishes with a high degree of cross-linking. The concentrate is low-emission and non-flammable in the application concentration. Paintex 1967 is foam-free above 40 °C and generally emulsifies well.
Application
Paintex 1967 is a highly alkaline cleaner concentrate for the production of aqueous wash baths for closed cleaning processes in spray applications. Paintex 1967 is designed for the removal of cross-linked 2K lacquers, PVB and water-based paints and has good emulsifying properties. In the application concentration, the wash bath is foam-free above 40 °C.
Instructions for use:
Cleaned surfaces should be rinsed with water. Evaporation and carry-over may reduce the wash bath. Resharpen with the cleaner concentrate and water at the starting concentration.
Suitable surfaces: steel, stainless steel
Not suitable surfaces: Aluminum, zinc, non-ferrous metals and plastics
Area of application: closed spray process
For the removal of: Paints and varnishes with a high degree of cross-linking; all paint systems, including 2K paints and PVB-based paints
