Paintex 3224 is a highly alkaline, water-miscible cleaner concentrate for demanding cleaning tasks. The concentrate is low-emission and economical to use due to its aqueous dilution. Our product is particularly suitable for the removal of highly cross-linked MX paints, 2K paints, PVB and water-based paints. Paintex 3224 is non-flammable in the application concentration.

Application

Paintex 3224 is a highly alkaline cleaner concentrate for the production of aqueous wash baths for closed cleaning processes in spray applications. Paintex 3224 OBG is designed for the removal of highly cross-linked MX paints, 2K paints, and PVB paints. In the application concentration, the wash bath is foam-free above 40 °C.

Instructions for use:
Cleaned surfaces should be rinsed with water. Evaporation and carry-over may reduce the wash bath. Resharpen with the cleaner concentrate and water at the starting concentration.

Suitable surfaces: steel, stainless steel
Unsuitable surfaces: Aluminum, zinc, non-ferrous metals and plastics
Area of application: closed spray process
For the removal of: all paint systems (waterbased: tests naccessary), including highly cross-linked MX paints, 2K and PVB paints
