Ultrasonic Cleaning
Parts with rigid surfaces and complex geometries can be cleaned particularly effectively with ultrasonic waves. A combination of a specially formulated cleaning agent and high-frequency sound waves is used. The ultrasonic waves generate microscopically small cavitation bubbles which, when they implode, break up and remove contaminants even from hard-to-reach areas. This process is ideal for cleaning precision parts such as the cells of anilox rollers in flexographic printing, where conventional methods often reach their limits. This ensures thorough and gentle cleaning, which extends the service life of the parts and maintains their functionality.
