Description

InkClean 1010 effectively removes UV and water-based inks as well as adhesive residues. The low-emission cleaner is non-flammable in the application concentration and ideal for cliché and ultrasonic cleaning.

Application

InkClean 1010 is a mildly alkaline, aqueous cleaning concentrate for the production of aqueous washing baths for manual and machine cleaning. InkClean 1010 effortlessly removes ink residues from clichés/printing plates, anilox rollers and ink containers. It is also suitable for cleaning in ultrasonic baths. Slight foaming can be observed at room temperature, but does not interfere with the cleaning process. In the printing industry, the concentrate can be used for all cleaning purposes if diluted correctly.

Instructions for use:
Test on an inconspicuous area first. Suitable surfaces: all cliché materials and for surfaces made of ceramic, steel, stainless steel Only treat after testing: Non-ferrous metals and plasticsArea of application: Cliché cleaning machine, manual cleaning, ultrasonic bathsFor removing: UV inks, water-based inks; fingerprints and adhesive residues.
