With our green SOLVERDE® product line, we want to contribute to a sustainable future for generations to come. By carefully selecting sustainable raw materials and using environmentally friendly production processes, we are doing our part to minimize the negative impact on our natural resources and protect the environment.
We rely on the EU-Ecolabel
Our products and washing processes are environmentally friendly, highly effective and certified according to the EU Ecolabel. In six points, we explain why our EU Ecolabel-certified BÜFA products are the best choice for you:
Many conventional cleaning agents contain substances that are harmful to the environment. Our products meet strict requirements with regard to the biodegradability of surfactants. Poorly biodegradable substances such as EDTA, microplastics and triclosan are prohibited. Our formulations are free from toxic, carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances.
The EU Ecolabel allows the use of palm oil from sustainable production. Our products do not contain palm oil from plantations for which rainforest areas had to be cleared. All our products are RSPO (The Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil) certified. This ensures that the resources actually come from sustainable production.
We use recyclable materials in our products and help to reduce the amount of plastic and waste produced. In doing so, we fulfill another important requirement of the EU Ecolabel. We also give consumers clear instructions on how to dispose of the packaging properly.
We are consistently committed to making optimum use of all resources and counteracting any waste of water and energy. Our cleaning agents are effective even at low temperatures and low dosages. The usability of our products has been tested.
With dosage instructions on our products, we help to ensure that the recommended dosage is adhered to. The EU Ecolabel stipulates that each product must be accompanied by easily comprehensible, complete and precise dosage instructions. The specifications ensure that the reference dose never exceeds a certain application quantity.
We also demonstrate our sustainable approach by voluntarily refraining from using phosphorus-containing substances. In this way, we make an important contribution to preventing eutrophication and thus the accumulation of nutrients in ecosystems such as bodies of water.
