Our environmental certificates

Certificates and seals are an important part of our commitment to sustainability. They not only reflect our high standards, but also our continuous efforts to improve processes and products. Below we proudly present the certifications that distinguish our company.

The ISO 14001 standard specifies the requirements for an environmental management system in order to improve a company's environmental performance. It is internationally recognized.

ISO 14001 certification

We have been a “climate-neutral location” since 2022. Our unavoidable CO₂ emissions are offset through certified reforestation projects in cooperation with PRIMAKLIMA.

The EU Ecolabel is a reliable environmental label and has been identifying environmentally friendly products and services since 1992. ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ

Our photovoltaic system covers 60% of our energy requirements. We obtain the remaining energy entirely from a green electricity tariff.

In the internationally recognized EcoVadis rating, the BÜFA Group was awarded a gold medal for its sustainability performance in 2023.

Our ecological product brand SOLVERDE has made it to the final of the German Sustainability Award 2025.
