Hygiene Training
The requirements for processing laundry from hygienically sensitive areas are defined in a large number of regulations, guidelines and standards. This also means that laundry employees must be instructed at least once a year on the importance of hygiene measures when processing laundry. We instruct your staff on the necessary protective measures and rules of conduct. This includes
- Hand and personnel hygiene
- Implementation of the specifications from the hygiene plan
- Basic knowledge of microbiology
- as well as other aspects relating to personnel and occupational safety (e.g. TRBA 250, DGUV Rule 100-500, DGUV Information 203-084 etc.)
In addition to theoretical instruction, we also offer assistance for practical implementation.
Hygiene Audit
The requirements for reprocessing laundry from hygiene-sensitive areas are defined in a large number of regulations, guidelines and standards. Linen from the healthcare sector, including hospitals, retirement and nursing homes and medical practice linen, is subject to DGUV Rule 100-500, DGUV Information 203-084 and the RKI Guideline for Hospital Hygiene and Infection Prevention, among others. The proper reprocessing of HACCP workwear from food businesses is specified in DIN 10524:2020-06, among others, and serves as a guide for laundry companies to comply with the legal requirements.Do you have questions or need support?
