Crate washer Large

The crate washer Large is equipped with three dosing pumps and enables the dosing of two detergents and a defoamer. The dosing computer reliably controls and monitors the dosing processes. Consumption data can be visualized via a portal and, thanks to the integrated remote maintenance, faults can be diagnosed quickly and maintenance measures carried out efficiently.

Online function: Analyze data in real time

Complete documentation and precise process control are essential, especially in the food industry. The large crate washer supports you with an online function: operating data such as the daily running time of the dosing pumps, consumption values and parameter settings are recorded in real time and clearly visualized. This allows you to keep an eye on all relevant cleaning processes at all times - regardless of location and accessible at any time.

Crate washer Compact

The Compact crate washer is equipped with two dosing pumps and enables the dosing of a detergent and defoamer.

Field of application: Crate washer with one or two washing tanks

Foam trolley with lance

Our AWL foam trolleys and P foam trolleys offer you flexible solutions for producing cleaning foam.

Foam trolley AWL: This model foams a ready-mixed dilution of chemicals and water.

Foam trolley P: With its compressed air-driven pump, this system draws in the chemical concentrate and mixes it with water from the storage tank in an adjustable ratio via an injector.

Injector trolley

Our injector trolley allows you to precisely dose two products: Foaming agent or disinfectant. A practical switch lever is used to select which of the two chemicals is to be dosed or foamed.
