Spray methodApplication quantity: 40 ml/kg goodsSecarbon Lotus is only applied by spraying. The calculated quantity is sprayed on in concentrated form. Secarbon Lotus can be sprayed onto either spin-dried or dried goods. To achieve a good impregnating effect, the fabric should be well cleaned and rinsed. The spraying time should be at least 3 minutes. Intermediate spinning before drying is not necessary. Before the blower is switched on, the fabric should be left to roll for at least 5 minutes, dried for 10 minutes at 50 °C and the drying temperature increased to 75 °C.Impregnation on machines with Jet-Clean technologyLoad: 50 - 70 %Application rate: 40 ml/kgRecommendationThe nozzle should be rinsed after spraying. Roll for 5 minutes after spraying. To avoid loading the system with excess impregnating agent, a full impregnation batch should only be run once a day. In addition, drum regeneration must be carried out with a subsequent rinsing program in a warm state (e.g. at the end of the day).
For drum regeneration, we recommend using cotton blended cloths (approx. 6 m2 in total) to ensure optimum removal of impregnation residues. The cloths can be reused after they have been washed.
