Secarbon Lotus is a premium fabric protection finish that repels water and oil and protects textiles from soiling. This innovative finish ensures a distinctly smooth feel while maintaining the breathability of the fabric. Each individual fiber is coated with a protective film that shields the textiles from penetrating liquids and dirt.

Application

Spraying processQuantity used: 40 ml/kg of goodsSecarbon Lotus is only used in the spraying process. The calculated quantity is sprayed on in concentrated form. Secarbon Lotus can be sprayed on either centrifugally moist or dried goods. To achieve a good impregnation effect, the goods should be well cleaned and rinsed. The spraying time should be at least 3 minutes. No spinning before the drying cycle necessary. Before the blower is switched on, the garments are rolled for at least 5 minutes, dried for 10 minutes at 50 °C and the drying temperature is increased to 75 °C.Impregnation on machines with jet-clean technologyLoad: 50 - 70%Application: 40 ml/kgRecommendationThe nozzle should be rinsed after spraying. Roll for 5 minutes after spraying. To avoid contaminating the system with excess impregnating agent, only a full impregnation batch should be run once a day. In addition, the drum regeneration with subsequent rinsing program must be carried out in a warm state (e.g. at the end of a day).
