Description
Secapur Breeze is a dry-cleaning soap and pre-brushing agent with a long-lasting fresh scent. Our product has a high water-binding capacity and excellent filterability. Secapur Breeze is also suitable for pre-spotting.
Application
Stock solution
3 - 5 ml Secapur Breeze per liter solvent in the working tank and filter
Topping up
1 Vol.-% of the weight of the goods
1-bath process
Centrifugation for distillation (25% liquor exchange) = 5 ml Secapur Breeze / kg of fabric (1% by volume)
2-bath process
Liquor regeneration by distillation of the entire first bath (approx. 50% liquor exchange) = 10 ml Secapur Breeze / kg of fabric (1% by volume) into the second bath
Pre- achur
Depending on the sensitivity of the fabric to be treated, dilute Secapur Breeze 2:1 to 1:1 with water; then brush onto heavily soiled areas
Charged system
The solvent is pre-concentrated with 1.25% Secapur Breeze. To determine the amount of Secapur Breeze required for this, the amount of solvent in the system must be determined. To do this, the quantities in the working tank, in the filter and in the pipes are added.

The concentration of Secapur Breeze in the solvent decreases as soon as distilled or fresh solvent is added to the working tank. Use the table to determine the necessary amount of Secapur Breeze to maintain a concentration of 1.25%.
