KS-Neutralization Agent is a highly alkaline neutralization agent for aqueous and acidic waste water, which is matched to Paste S.
Application
KS-Neutralization Agent is an additive for increasing the pH value of aqueous, acidic wash baths or aqueous, acidic solutions intended for disposal. With the help of KS-Neutralization Agent, the pH value can be adjusted in accordance with the specifications of the responsible authorities. The amount of KS Neutralizing Agent added depends on the initial pH value of the waste water and the pH value to be adjusted. Litmus paper can be used for a rough check of the pH value. However, the use of a pH meter is more suitable for checking the pH value.Application note: KS neutralizing agent is added to the acidic wash bath in small portions while stirring constantly. Caution: The addition of KS Neutralizing Agent to acidic, aqueous cleaning baths generates heat. Therefore, always add KS Neutralizing Agent in small portions only!
