With our cleaning solutions, you maintain your values, improve processes and reduce the costs of parts cleaning. We know the levers to optimize your processes – that's why we start with integrated cleaning solutions at your site.

Mechanical parts cleaning

The residue-free removal of paints or printing inks from parts can be a major challenge. This applies in particular to two-component paints, metallic colors or printing inks for deep-drawn products, which are highly flexible and contain special additives and bonding agents. Our products are tried and tested and deliver high performance, overcoming all these challenges.

Paintex products for machine cleaning

Our Paintex products for machine cleaning impress with excellent cleaning results. They are highly alkaline cleaning concentrates that are also available in amine-free form. They are low-emission and foam-free from 40 °C. They are also non-flammable in the application concentration, which ensures maximum safety.

Aqua InkClean and InkClean

Aqua InkClean and InkClean have been specially developed for cleaning water-based inks and are ideal for non-reactive, cross-linked or heavily dried ink residues. Aqua InkClean is also VOC-free. Both products are mildly alkaline, foam-free above 40 °C and non-flammable. They are suitable for all common material surfaces such as steel, stainless steel, chrome and ceramics. After testing, aluminum, galvanized components, non-ferrous metals and plastics can also be cleaned without any problems.

SolventClean products

Whether solvent-based, cross-linked, water-based or UV inks – the SolventClean products remove even stubborn residues, even when dried. The high-boiling solvent cleaners with a flash point of 60–90 °C are low-emission and low-foaming. They are suitable for all common material surfaces such as steel, stainless steel, chrome and ceramic. After testing, they can also be used on aluminum, galvanized components, non-ferrous metals and plastics.
