Additives for cleaning

Cleaning processes in the paint and varnish industry require customized solutions to overcome the most diverse challenges. Our additives are designed to support special cleaning agents in a targeted manner: the Complement Series serves as a powerful cleaning accelerator and increases the efficiency of your processes. If foam hinders cleaning, the FoamE Series highly effective defoamers that work reliably even under demanding conditions. Together, these products enable precise customization to individual requirements – for optimal results in every application.

FoamEx - Entschäumer

Our highly concentrated additives for foam reduction are specially developed for turbulent, aqueous-alkaline cleaning baths and offer high effectiveness even with a strong tendency to foam due to contamination. They are suitable for all cleaning processes and provide fast and effective foam control. Defoamers are particularly effective at application temperatures above 40 °C. For immediate relief, we recommend a concentration of 1.5 to 3.5%.

Complement - Reinigungsverstärker

Our cleaning boosters optimize the entire cleaning process. They accelerate the cleaning and increase the soil-carrying capacity of the solution, both in spray and immersion processes. The boosters are suitable for all color systems and contain good wetting, partially defoaming surfactants. They provide a pH-neutral to highly alkaline setting and can be individually adjusted in concentration. The optimum application temperature is between 60 and 80 °C for best results.

InCorr - Corrosion protection

We offer specially developed corrosion inhibitors to protect the surfaces of your machines. These are highly concentrated and enable economical dosing. We offer various types that are optimally matched to the respective requirements, depending on the material used.
