Application
Application as a disinfectant:Tolo-Sterisol Super is a liquid, fast-acting disinfectant based on active chlorine. Due to its high active ingredient content, Tolo-Sterisol Super is very economical to use for disinfection purposes. Tolo-Sterisol Super is suitable for disinfecting equipment, systems, pipelines, tools and wall and floor surfaces in the food and beverage industry. Tolo Sterisol Super is listed with the IHO.Application area: surface disinfection.20°C / 15 min / 1.5% / clean conditions / bactericidal (incl. Listeria monocytogenes) & yeasticidal / EN1369720°C / 15 min / 0.5% / clean conditions / bactericidal & yeasticidal / EN1276, EN1650The proven bactericidal efficacy includes, among others, that against Salmonella (Salmonella spp.) and Listeria (Listeria spp. and Listeria Monocytogenes).
Use for mold removal:
Tolo Sterisol Super is also suitable for the rapid and thorough removal of mold or black mold from hard and porous surfaces, typically in rooms and areas with high humidity and only outside of food processing.
Use as a bleaching agent:
In addition to the cleaning effect, Tolo Sterisol Super also has a bleaching effect when used,
so that plastic surfaces stained by blood or spices can be significantly brightened. The application concentrations depend heavily on the degree of soiling and can range from approx. 1 - 50%. Once the desired bleaching effect has been achieved, the product residues are rinsed off. In order to achieve an optimum effect, thorough cleaning beforehand is absolutely essential.Other applications:In addition to the applications listed above, the product can also be used as an additive to alkaline cleaning solutions, whereby a significant cleaning-enhancing effect is achieved in addition to a germ-inhibiting effect. It is also possible to use the product as an additive in alkaline cleaning solutions to increase the cleaning effect and to achieve a bleaching/disinfecting effect.Tolo Sterisol Super can also be used in hygiene sluices in the entrance and exit areas as well as in intermediate sluices with automatic sole cleaning machines, walk-through basins, etc.
