Description
Staplus S is an acidic cleaning concentrate that works effectively on mineral incrustations. Our product quickly wets surfaces and provides corrosion protection at the same time. Staplus S is a self-acting special product.
Application
Staplus S is used as a highly effective, strongly acidic cleaning concentrate, especially for mineral soiling, deposits and incrustations where conventional acidic cleaners are ineffective. Staplus S can be used on all types of commercial vehicles (trucks, construction machinery, etc.). Take care with glass. Other areas of application are general cleaning work in the wash bay and workshop. Staplus S can be mixed with water in any ratio. Depending on the application method and degree of soiling, a premix is prepared and sprayed onto the surfaces to be cleaned from bottom to top using a suitable spraying or high-pressure device. In the case of stubborn soiling, rework with a brush if necessary; after a short exposure time of approx. 3 - 5 minutes, rinse thoroughly with high pressure if possible. Light metal components made of raw aluminum, zinc, brass, glass, etc. as well as sensitive paintwork may be attacked.
When using for the first time, carry out a test application on a concealed area to check the compatibility of the material.
General cleaning: 1:30 to 1:100 diluted with water (intermediate cleaning); 1:10 to 1:50 diluted with water (basic cleaning)
Vehicle cleaning: 1:30 to 1:100 diluted with water
Rim cleaning: (steel rims only) 1:4 to 1:10 diluted with water
