Special Z is an acidic foam cleaner and ice machine cleaner that can be used on all acid-resistant surfaces. The product is phosphate and nitrate-free and this combination ensures an effective cleaning solution.

Application

Spezial Z is a pH-acidic foam cleaner based on organic acid for use in the food and beverage industry, which powerfully and reliably removes water hardness deposits from all acid-resistant surfaces. Spezial Z develops excellent drainage and rinsing properties, so that the surfaces appear in their original shine after rinsing and drying. Spezial Z is ideal for use in businesses where the regular introduction of phosphates is not possible. The use of Spezial Z is a useful addition to the use of an alkaline foam cleaner to prevent the continuous build-up of water-hardened soiling on surfaces. Using a suitable foaming system, a stable, well-adhering foam is achieved with an air outlet pressure of 4 to 6 bar.
Special Z is particularly suitable for cleaning ice machines.

For manual cleaning, Special Z is sprayed onto the cold surface or applied with a brush and worked in. After a contact time of approx. 10 minutes, rinse thoroughly with water.

Recommendations for use:
1. Remove coarse dirt
2. Pre-rinse with water
3. Lather the surface to be cleaned with subsequent contact time.
4. Rinse with water of drinking water quality
If Special Z is used as a supplement to alkaline cleaning, we recommend switching to Special Z after every third to fourth cleaning.
