Spezial SN

Spezial SN is an acidic foam cleaner based on a mineral acid mixture for use in the food and beverage industry. It has been developed for cleaning acid-resistant surfaces such as stainless steel appliances, containers, tanks, aggregates and racks. Spezial SN can also be used on doors, floors, ceilings and walls. Due to the content of strong mineral acids, Spezial SN also removes stubborn mineral soiling that cannot be removed with other acidic foam cleaners. The use of Spezial SN is a useful addition to the use of an alkaline foam cleaner to prevent the continuous build-up of water-hardened soiling on surfaces. Using a suitable foaming system, a stable, well-adhering foam is achieved with an air outlet pressure of 4 to 6 bar. Application recommendation:
1. Coarse dirt removal
2. Pre-rinse with water
3. Lather the surface to be cleaned with subsequent contact time. Caution! Special SN must not be allowed to dry on stainless steel surfaces! If necessary, repeat the foaming process to prevent the surface from drying out.
4. rinse with water of drinking water quality

If Spezial SN is used as a supplement to alkaline cleaning, we recommend switching to Spezial SN after every third to fourth cleaning. We recommend a temperature range of 20 -60 °C when using Spezial SN.Please note that protein denaturation occurs above 50 °C, which may result in additional cleaning work.
