SpeedyClean-W is a mildly alkaline, water-miscible cleaning concentrate that is also designed for alkali-sensitive surfaces. With its low foaming and low-emission composition, this product is ideal for the production of aqueous cleaning concentrates. The product has been specially developed for cliché cleaning and is ideal for all cliché materials.
Application
SpeedyClean-W is a mildly alkaline, aqueous cleaning concentrate for the production of aqueous washing baths for manual or automated cleaning. SpeedyClean-W has been developed for the removal of aqueous-based printing inks from printing plates. SpeedyClean-W is also designed for alkali-sensitive surfaces. Slight foaming can be observed at room temperature, but does not interfere with the cleaning process.
Instructions for use:
To compensate for cleaning bath evaporation and carry-over, we recommend topping up the cleaning bath periodically or continuously with a mixture of 7% SpeedyClean-W / 93% water. Please stir the mixture in the storage tank well before and during pumping into the machine due to its 2-phase nature!
Suitable surfaces: all cliché materials and for surfaces made of ceramic, steel, stainless steel,
aluminum, non-ferrous metals and plastic
