SP 1 Gel is a powerful solvent-based cleaning agent specially developed for the removal of printing inks, resins and polyurethanes. It is safe to use on zinc silicate coatings, light metals, alloys and galvanized materials. Due to its gel-like consistency, it adheres longer to the surface, extends the contact time and thus ensures particularly thorough cleaning.
Application
SP 1 Gel is a solvent-based, gel-like cleaning agent. It was specially developed to remove stubborn contaminants, such as printing inks, resins, and polyurethanes. It is safe to use on zinc silicate coatings, light metals, and alloys, as well as on galvanized materials. Thanks to its gel-like consistency, it remains on the surface to be cleaned for an extended period, thereby increasing the contact time.
Instructions for Use:
Before first use, test the product on an inconspicuous area. Use the product undiluted. Apply it to the surface to be cleaned, let it sit for a while (do not let it dry!), and then rinse it off with plenty of water.
Suitable surfaces: Steel, stainless steel, zinc silicate coatings, light metals and alloys, galvanized material
Test before use: plastics
Applications: manual application, spray application using compressed air (e.g., paint spray gun)
For removing: liquid, cured, and dried-on residues from all paint systems (UV, solvent-based, water-based, 2K). Even very stubborn contaminants such as PU printing inks/paints (2-component paints and coatings).
