Sibin Konz. is an acidic additive for cleaning enhancement of caustic solutions based on caustic soda or caustic alkali. The addition of the additive prevents the precipitation of water hardeners.
Application
Sibin Konz is an acidic liquid concentrate with a high proportion of sequestering organophosphoric acids. The cleaning power of caustic soda or caustic alkali-based detergents is significantly increased by adding Sibin Konz, the dirt-carrying capacity is increased and the precipitation of water hardeners is prevented. The incorporated surfactants have both a wetting and anti-foaming effect. Sibin Konz. is used as an additive to caustic alkaline cleaning solutions and enhances their ability to remove organic soiling. Especially when cleaning curd centrifuges in the circulation process and when cleaning tanks and systems in breweries and companies in the AFG industry, the result can often be decisively improved with Sibin Konz. Sibin Konz. can be used in all cleaning processes in the food processing industry.
Depending on the operating conditions and degree of contamination, Sibin Konz. 0.3 to 0.5% should be added to the cleaning solution. In problematic cases, increase to 1 % (with a minimum concentration of caustic alkalis of 2 %). After using Sibin Konz. in food processing plants, rinse with fresh water to remove all product residues from the treated surface.
