RHE Spezial is an alkaline smoke resin remover. Our product effectively removes protein and grease residues with a short reaction time. RHE Spezial has very good run-off properties and is fast-dissolving.
Application
RHE Spezial is an alkaline spray and basic cleaner for removing heavy soiling from all alkali-resistant surfaces and for cleaning grills and deep fryers. RHE Spezial is used to remove smoke resin deposits in smoke chambers and on smoke trolleys.
Application instructions:
To clean smoke chambers, spray or foam a 5-10% solution onto the walls at approx. 70° C or spray onto an existing automatic cleaning system. Leave the solution to work for 20 - 40 minutes. Avoid drying! To boil out, prepare a solution that fills the volume of the container (1 - 5 %), heat up and leave to act at 60 - 90° C for 15 - 30 minutes. RHE Spezial 2-3% is used to remove stubborn residues. After cleaning, rinse the treated appliances and surfaces thoroughly with water of drinking quality.
