RHE Premium is a highly active and strongly alkaline cleaning concentrate for the food industry. It was specially developed for the removal of smoke resin soiling and stubborn grease and protein residues. RHE Premium has a fast wetting effect, can be foamed and is stabilized against water hardness. With its effective formulation, it offers an effective cleaning solution for challenging soiling.
Application
RHE Premium is a highly active, strongly alkaline cleaning concentrate for the removal of smoke resin contamination and persistent grease and protein residues in food processing plants. The use of suitable foaming systems produces a stable, fast-wetting foam. RHE Premium is used to remove heavy soiling, e.g. to remove smoke resin deposits in smoke chambers and on smoke trolleys, to clean grills, deep fryers or to boil out heavily soiled containers. RHE Premium can be used on all alkali-insensitive surfaces.Application instructions:RHE Premium is foamed onto the surface to be cleaned, sprayed on, applied with a brush or used in an immersion bath. After sufficient exposure time, rinse thoroughly with water. For smoke chamber cleaning, depending on the degree of soiling, apply 5 - 10% diluted in water using a foam or spray system, allow to take effect and rinse off.
Then rinse with sufficient water until it runs off pH-neutral. For basic alkaline cleaning use 1 - 2%, for cleaning grills and deep fryers use 5 - 10% and for the most stubborn stains use up to 20% diluted with water. Heating the cleaning solution improves the cleaning effect, but the cleaning temperature should not exceed 80° C. After treatment with cleaning products, rinse with fresh water when used in food processing plants to remove all product residues from the cleaned surface.
