RHE Liquid is a highly alkaline foam cleaner. It reliably removes soot, stubborn grease residues and denatured protein residues. RHE Liquid is also suitable as a spray and basic cleaner for heavy soiling on alkali-resistant surfaces. The foam cleaner is particularly economical to use.

Application

RHE Liquid is a highly alkaline cleaner for removing smoke tar in food processing companies. Even persistent grease residues and denatured protein residues are easily removed. RHE Liquid is used in smoke chambers and on smoke trolleys, in cooking cabinets, boilers, deep fryers and other systems and units that are resistant to highly alkaline media.

Smoke chamber cleaning:
1. Pre-rinse with water at approx. 50 to 70°C
2. Spray with a 5 -10% solution of RHE Liquid
3. Exposure time of 20 - 40 min with hot steam supply.
4. Rinse with water of drinking water quality

Deep fryers, boiling pans and other containers:
1. Fill with a 5% solution of RHE Liquid
2. Heat to 80°C or until boiling
3. Maintain temperature for 20 - 40 min
4. Drain and rinse with clear water
