Description

RHE DK is a highly alkaline foam cleaner that is ideal for removing stubborn soiling in the food industry. Tar residues, proteins, fats and starch in smoke chambers are easily removed. RHE DK also has good wetting and foaming properties.

Application

RHE DK is a highly alkaline foam cleaner for removing stubborn soiling in the food industry. It powerfully removes the tar residues typical of smoke chambers as well as problematic soiling from grease, protein and starch.Smoke chamber cleaning:1. Pre-rinsing with water at approx. 50 to 70°C2. Spray with a 5 -10% solution of RHE DK3. Exposure time of 20 - 40 min with hot steam supply4. Rinse with water of drinking water qualityDeep fryers, boiling pans and other containers:1. Fill with a 5% solution of RHE DK2. Heat to 80°C or until boiling3. Maintain temperature for 20 - 40 min4. Drain and rinse with clear water.
