Description

Reoxal is a highly effective wet treatment and levelling agent that prevents colour transfer of dissolved dyes during washing or spotting. It can also repair non-fixed color damage and can be mixed with water in any ratio. Our product can be combined with all BÜFA detergents and wash boosters and is therefore perfect for use in textile cleaning.

Application

To prevent discolorationAdd 2 - 4 ml Reoxal/l to the wash liquor. If bleeding is observed after the start of the washing process, Reoxal can still provide effective relief even if added immediately. During pre-spotting, colour-sensitive applications can be covered with Reoxal to prevent colour transfer during the washing process.Repairing unfixed colour damageColour damage caused by fake or poorly fixed textile dyes can often be repaired with Reoxal.Please noteThe wet-dyed textiles must not be tumble-dried before treatment with Reoxal, as the transferred dyes will otherwise be fixed. Add 200 ml of Reoxal and approx. 30 ml of a liquid mild detergent to 10 l of water at approx. 35 °C to improve wetting. The textiles, usually delicate fabrics made of silk, cotton or viscose, are soaked for at least 45 minutes and moved by hand several times. Then repeat the usual washing process.

Additive for decolouring with bleaching agents
The addition of 2 ml/l Reoxal improves the stripping effect of dyes in combination with reductive and oxidative bleaching agents.
