Paintex 2310 is an odorless cleaner concentrate. It is highly alkaline and water-miscible and also non-flammable in the application concentration. Paintex 2310 is low-emission and also economical due to its aqueous application.

Application

Paintex 2310 is a highly alkaline cleaner concentrate for the production of aqueous wash baths for closed cleaning processes in spray applications. Paintex 2310 is designed as an amine-free cleaner for the removal of paints and varnishes with a medium degree of cross-linking. In the application concentration, the wash bath is foam-free above 40 °C.

Instructions for use:
Cleaned surfaces should be rinsed with water. Evaporation and carry-over can reduce the wash bath. Resharpen with the cleaner concentrate and water at the starting concentration.

Suitable surfaces: steel, stainless steel
Not suitable surfaces: Aluminum, zinc, non-ferrous metals and plastics
Area of application: closed spray process
For the removal of: Paints and varnishes with a medium degree of cross-linking, all paint systems
