Paintex 1998 is a low-emission cleaner concentrate for demanding cleaning tasks. The concentrate is highly alkaline and water-miscible and ensures the removal of paints and varnishes with a high degree of cross-linking. Paintex 1998 is non-flammable in the application concentration. Due to the long service life of the wash bath and the application in aqueous dilution, the use of the product is very economical.
Application
Paintex 1998 is a highly alkaline cleaner concentrate for the production of aqueous wash baths for closed cleaning processes in spray applications. Paintex 1998 is the universal product in the portfolio and is designed for the removal of cross-linked 2K paints, PVB and water-based paints. In the application concentration, the wash bath is foam-free above 40 °C.
Instructions for use:
Cleaned surfaces should be rinsed with water. Evaporation and carry-over can reduce the wash bath. Resharpen with the cleaner concentrate and water at the starting concentration.
Suitable surfaces: steel, stainless steel
Not suitable surfaces: Aluminum, zinc, non-ferrous metals and plastics
Application area:closed spray process
For the removal of: all paint systems, including 2K paints and PVB-based paints
