Orbin VR-S is a strongly alkaline, active chlorine-free foam cleaner with a pronounced dissolving power. Thanks to the balanced combination of its ingredients, it achieves excellent cleaning results both for manual cleaning and when used in foaming systems. The cleaner dissolves stubborn grease, blood, starch, oil and protein stains, can be used with high water hardness and is chlorine-free.
Application
Orbin VR-S is a highly alkaline, chlorine-free foam cleaner with excellent cleaning power against heavy soiling. Due to the high content of water hardness-binding substances, Orbin VR-S can also be used with higher degrees of hardness. Orbin VR-S has been developed for cleaning in food processing companies such as the meat, fish and delicatessen industries. Blood, grease, oil, protein and soot are removed quickly and safely from all alkali-resistant surfaces. By using Orbin VR-S, no AOX is discharged into the industrial waste water. Orbin VR-S cannot be used on aluminum. Using a suitable foaming system, a stable, well-adhering foam is achieved with an air outlet pressure of 4 to 6 bar.
Application recommendation:
1. Coarse dirt removal
2. Pre-rinse with water
3. Lather the surface to be cleaned with the specified contact time.
4. Rinse with water of drinking water quality

After every third or fourth cleaning, we recommend changing to an acidic foam cleaner.
