Description
Orbin Sept is an alkaline disinfectant foam cleaner with active chlorine. The cleaner dissolves fats and proteins and is also silicate-free. Orbin Sept has both cleaning and disinfecting properties.
Application
Orbin SEPT is an alkaline foam cleaner with active chlorine that both cleans and disinfects. Orbin SEPT has been developed for cleaning in food processing companies such as the meat, fish and delicatessen industries. It safely and quickly removes grease and protein soiling. Orbin SEPT cannot be used on aluminum. Using a suitable foaming system, a stable, well-adhering foam is achieved with an air outlet pressure of 4 to 6 bar. Recommendation for use: 1. remove coarse dirt 2. pre-rinse with water 3. lather the surface to be cleaned with the specified contact time. 4. rinse with water of drinking water qualityIn addition to alkaline cleaning, we recommend changing to an acidic foam cleaner after every third to fourth cleaning. For the disinfectant foam application, the efficacy of the expert opinion according to European standards must be observed.
