Orbin SAL is a chlor-alkaline foam cleaner with high cleaning power. It reliably removes soiling from grease, protein and starch and is compatible with aluminum. Our product has a bleaching and cleaning-enhancing effect due to the active chlorine and contains good wetting surfactants.

Application

Orbin SAL is a chlor-alkaline foam cleaner with high cleaning power. Soiling from grease, protein and starch is removed quickly and reliably. Orbin SAL has been developed for cleaning in food processing companies such as the meat, fish and delicatessen industries. In addition to the cleaning effect, Orbin SAL also has a bleaching effect, so that plastic surfaces stained by blood or spices can be significantly brightened. Orbin SAL can be used on aluminium at the application concentration, but it is essential to ensure that the foam does not dry out on the surfaces. Using a suitable foaming system, a stable, well-adhering foam is achieved with 4 to 6 bar air outlet pressure.

Application recommendation:
1. Rough dirt removal
2. Pre-rinse with water
3. Lather the surface to be cleaned with the specified contact time.
4. Rinse with water of drinking water quality

Alternating with alkaline cleaning, we recommend changing to an acidic foam cleaner after every third or fourth cleaning.
