Orbin S-OC is an alkaline foam cleaner specially developed for use in the food processing and manufacturing industry. It can be used both manually and as an immersion bath cleaner. The cleaner effectively dissolves grease and protein soiling, can be used universally and is chlorine and phosphate-free.
Application
Orbin S-OC is an alkaline, chlorine-free foam cleaner for use in the food-processing and food-producing industries. It can be used as a protein and grease solvent for foam cleaning, but also as a manual or immersion bath cleaner. By using Orbin S-OC, no AOX is discharged into the industrial waste water. Orbin S-OC cannot be used on aluminum. Using a suitable foaming system, a stable, well-adhering foam is achieved with an air outlet pressure of 4 to 6 bar.
Application recommendation:
1. Coarse dirt removal
2. Pre-rinse with water
3. Lather the surface to be cleaned with the specified contact time.
4. Rinse with water of drinking water quality
For manual or immersion bath cleaning, Orbin S-OC is used in the specified concentration and temperature. The contact time is variable and can be several hours if necessary. Alternating with alkaline cleaning, we recommend after every third to fourth cleaning
the change with an acidic foam cleaner.
