Orbin S-OC Spezial is an alkaline, chlorine-free foam cleaner that is particularly suitable for the quick and thorough removal of protein- and fat-containing soiling. It is a suitable alternative to chlor-alkaline foam cleaners, especially in meat, fish and delicatessen production. Orbin S-OC Special offers good run-off behavior and effectively meets cleaning requirements thanks to its chlorine-free formulation.
Application
Orbin S-OC Spezial is an alkaline, chlorine-free foam cleaner for use in the food processing and manufacturing industry. Soiling containing protein and particularly grease is quickly dissolved and thoroughly removed. Orbin S-OC Spezial is a suitable alternative to chlor-alkaline foam cleaners, particularly in meat, fish and delicatessen production plants. By using Orbin S-OC Spezial , no AOX is discharged into the company's waste water. Orbin S-OC Spezial cannot be used on aluminum. Using a suitable foaming system, a stable, well-adhering foam is achieved with an air outlet pressure of 4 to 6 bar.
Application recommendation:
1. Coarse dirt removal
2. Pre-rinse with water
3. Lather the surface to be cleaned with the specified contact time.
4. Rinse with water of drinking water quality
Alternating with alkaline cleaning, we recommend using an acidic cleaning agent after every third to fourth cleaning.
