Orbin MA is a mildly alkaline foam cleaner that effectively removes grease and proteins from alkali-compatible surfaces and aluminum. It can be used as a foam cleaner or for manual cleaning. Orbin MA has a strong grease dissolving power, is gentle on materials and can be used universally.

Application

Orbin MA is a mildly alkaline foam cleaner for removing grease and protein from all alkali-compatible surfaces, especially aluminium at the application concentration. Orbin MA has been developed for cleaning in the food and beverage industry, e.g. for use on walls, processing machines, containers, equipment, tanks, floors and work surfaces. It can be used as a foam cleaner as well as for manual cleaning and develops excellent grease dissolving power. Using a suitable foaming system, a stable, well-adhering foam is achieved with an air outlet pressure of 4 to 6 bar.

Application recommendation:
1. Coarse dirt removal
2. Pre-rinse with water
3. Lather the surface to be cleaned with the specified contact time.
4. Rinse with water of drinking water quality

Alternating with alkaline cleaning, we recommend using an acidic foam cleaner after every third to fourth cleaning.
