Oldomat OC-Plus is a chlorine- and phosphate-free, alkaline cleaning concentrate for commercial dishwashers. The product can also be used with very hard water. Oldomat OC-Plus is also suitable for aluminum.
Application
Oldomat OC-Plus is a liquid, non-foaming cleaning concentrate for commercial use in commercial kitchens and other food processing companies. Excellent cleaning results are achieved even with very high water hardness. Dishes made of porcelain, plastic, stainless steel and glass are cleaned gently and residue-free when dosed correctly. Due to the high content of water hardness-binding substances, Oldomat OC-Plus can also be used very well in machines that work without water softening systems; the calcification of appliances and heating elements is effectively prevented. Oldomat OC-Plus is also suitable for use with aluminium at the application concentration! Due to the absence of active chlorine-containing compounds in the product, Oldomat OC-Plus does not contribute to the formation of AOX in waste water. Oldomat OC-Plus is used in commercial dishwashers in industrial kitchens and for cleaning crates, containers and parts in continuous flow systems in food processing plants.
Oldomat OC-Plus is dosed with 1 - 4 g/l water in dishwashers, depending on water hardness and degree of soiling; a concentration of 0.5 - 1 % is recommended in continuous flow systems for food processing.
