Liquid disinfectant concentrate
Description
O 33 is a liquid disinfectant concentrate based on hydrogen peroxide that is suitable for almost all disinfection tasks in the food and beverage industry. It is suitable for both cold and hot disinfection and is gentle on materials, especially stainless steel, tin, zinc, copper, brass and aluminum. The colorless disinfectant offers a broad spectrum of activity, is non-foaming and can be used universally.
Application
O 33 is a liquid disinfectant concentrate based on hydrogen peroxide for cold and warm disinfection. During use, O 33 decomposes into water and the germicidal oxygen, making it a very safe product in terms of residue formation, which is very suitable for food-related use. The ready-to-use solution does not foam and is therefore ideal for CIP and other automated circulation disinfection processes. O 33 does not attack stainless steel, tin, zinc, copper, brass and aluminum and is therefore universally applicable. As a cold and warm effective disinfectant concentrate, O 33 is suitable for almost all disinfection tasks in the food and beverage industry. O 33 is particularly suitable for the formation of active ingredient residues in sensitive areas, e.g. for rapid intermediate disinfection on packaging machines or for spray disinfection in parts handling systems.
- PT04. disinfection of the drinking water distribution system by cleaning in place (CIP)
The product should be diluted to 4.7 % (w/w) hydrogen peroxide to disinfect bacteria, yeasts and fungi: add 114 ml product to 819 ml water.
Contact time: 3 h.
Frequency: Daily / as required.
Temperature: At room temperature.
- PT04. Disinfection of non-porous hard surfaces and equipment by immersion.
Equipment in the food and beverage industry, commercial kitchens and canteens: The product should be diluted to 8.1% (w/w) hydrogen peroxide to disinfect bacteria, yeasts and fungi: add 200 ml of product in 738 ml of water. Pre-cleaning of equipment. The disinfectant solution should be diluted in tubs (i.e. the product is poured or pumped into tubs). The equipment to be disinfected is placed manually or automatically in these trays (open or closed baths) and removed after a contact time of at least 60 minutes. After completion of the disinfection process, the devices are rinsed with water. The disinfectant solution in the immersion bath should be renewed after each disinfection cycle.Contact time: 60 min.Frequency: Daily / as required.Temperature: At room temperature.- PT04.
