O33 Aktiv LW is a liquid disinfectant concentrate with a stabilized formulation of peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide. It offers an excellent microbicidal effect even in low temperature ranges. O33 Active LW is conductivity controllable, which makes it easy to use in CIP cleaning processes. The disinfectant concentrate is odorless, non-foaming and has a broad spectrum of activity.
Application
O 33 Aktiv LW is a stabilized formulation of peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide in combination with an inorganic acid, which enables conductivity-controlled dosing. O 33 Aktiv LW is characterized by its fast and safe microbicidal effect, even in low temperature ranges, as well as a comprehensive spectrum of activity against almost all types of germs. Although the concentrate has a strong, pungent odor, O 33 Aktiv LW is odorless in the application concentration. The ready-to-use solution does not foam and can be stacked if the dirt load is not too high after disinfection. With regard to corrosion behavior, no attack can be detected on stainless steels. The usual acid-resistant materials used in the food sector are not attacked. In the case of seals, sufficient resistance to peracetic acid must be ensured.

O 33 Aktiv LW is a hot and cold effective disinfectant concentrate suitable for almost all disinfection tasks in the food and beverage industry. Due to its foam-free setting and the possibility of automatic dosing via conductivity-controlled systems, it can be used in CIP cleaning processes without any problems. The application concentration depends on the time, temperature and load of the surfaces to be disinfected. The exact application conditions must be adapted to the disinfection tasks and possible protein errors.

The proven bactericidal efficacy also includes that against salmonella (Salmonella spp.) listeria (Listeria spp.).
After treatment with disinfectant products, rinse with microbiologically safe water when used in food processing plants to remove all product residues from the treated surface.
