Maschinenreiniger MAR-FLIP is a mildly alkaline basic cleaner concentrate that can be used with all common high pressure/HW machines. Our product removes particularly oily and greasy incrustations and is especially suitable for manual applications. MMaschinenreiniger MAR-FLIP is used to clean and maintain all types of machinery.
Application
Maschinenreiniger MAR-FLIP is used as a mildly alkaline, phosphate-free concentrate for cleaning and maintaining all machines such as machine tools, textile machines, automatic machines, presses, engines and gearboxes. Maschinenreiniger MAR-FLIP leaves a lasting corrosion protection on steel and iron materials up to a dilution of 1:15. This effectively prevents flash rust formation. Maschinenreiniger MAR-FLIP is compatible with commercially available synthetic and semi-synthetic drilling oils.
Maschinenreiniger MAR-FLIP does not form stable emulsions if the recommended application parameters are observed. Oils and greases are separated in simple oil separators after a short standing time, thus achieving favorable residual oil values in the waste water without emulsion splitting systems.
Maschinenreiniger MAR-FLIP can be mixed with water in any ratio. The application concentration depends on the degree of soiling of the surfaces and equipment to be cleaned. The application solution is sprayed on or applied manually. After a short reaction time, the dissolved dirt is thoroughly washed off with the cleaning solution or removed with cleaning wool or a cloth and then rubbed dry. When using for the first time, carry out a test application on a concealed area to check the compatibility of the material. When pre-diluting, follow the instructions of the appliance manufacturer.
In the case of extreme soiling, the product can be used pure or diluted up to 1:5 with water.
