Maschinenreiniger MAR-BC-ROT is an alkaline basic cleaner concentrate with a fast and powerful effect. Our product is specially designed for manual use and is particularly suitable for cleaning and maintaining all types of machinery. MAR-BC-ROT machine cleaner removes particularly oily and greasy incrustations.
Application
Maschinenreiniger MAR-BC-ROT is an alkali-reinforced cleaner concentrate for basic cleaning and ongoing maintenance cleaning and care of all types of machine tools, textile machines and machinery. In addition to cleaning machines and systems, Maschinenreiniger MAR-BC-ROT can also be used for cleaning workshop and industrial floors and on all alkali-resistant surfaces.
Maschinenreiniger MAR-BC-ROT does not form stable emulsions if the recommended application parameters are observed. Oils and greases are separated in simple oil separators after a short standing time, thus achieving favorable residual oil values in waste water without emulsion splitting systems.
Maschinenreiniger MAR-BC-ROT can be mixed with water in any ratio. The application concentration depends on the degree of soiling of the surfaces and systems to be cleaned.
The application solution is sprayed on or applied manually. After a short exposure time, the dissolved dirt is thoroughly washed off with the cleaning solution or removed with cleaning wool or a cloth and then rubbed dry. Do not allow any cleaning agent to get into the coolant. When using for the first time, carry out a test application on a concealed area to check the compatibility of the material. When pre-diluting, follow the instructions of the appliance manufacturer.
For extreme soiling, the product can be used pure or diluted up to 1:5 with water.
