Lizerna Protect Pro is a finishing and impregnating agent that can be used both for air-permeable fabric impregnation and for stabilizing the fibres. It is an important component of the BÜFA Care 4.0 wet cleaning process and ensures that the fibers are protected during the drying process.
Application
Lizerna Protect Pro can be used both as a finishing product and as an impregnating agent.Impregnating agent1. Preparing the textiles- Textiles must always be rinsed to completely remove detergent and alkali residues.- Even small residues can significantly impair the impregnation effect.2. Adjusting the finishing bath- pH value: 5-6- If necessary, add acetic acid or formic acid to correct the pH.- Lizerna Protect Pro is added to the finishing bath.3Impregnation- The textiles are treated in the last rinse bath after the liquor level has been reached with the start of the drum movement.- Treatment time: approx. 15 minutes (recommended for maximum impregnation effect).- Heating the liquor to 30°C improves the absorption capacity.

- After impregnation, the fabric is briefly spun and then dried.

Textile finishingLizerna Protect Pro is an important finishing agent in the BÜFA Care 4.0 wet-cleaning process. The product is used in the final rinse bath, where it substantively coats the fibers. As a result, it forms a protective film on delicate fabrics such as wool, silk and viscose.
