Description
Lizerna Clear is a special cleaner for the sanitation of continuous batch washers and washer extractors. Our product is particularly suitable for preventive measures when there is suspicion of incrustations, roughening and lint. The cleaner is also effective against water hardness precipitates and deposits and reliably cleans mineral soil, coatings and incrustations.
Application
Lizerna Clear is a highly effective, liquid, acidic cleaning agent which can be used in the entire washing line.
To do this, the washing line must be emptied and the drain valves closed. Please clean the tanks beforehand and fill them with fresh water. Washing extractors are cleaned in a single bath process. Only fresh water is used at a liquor ratio of 1:5 - 1:6. Lizerna Clear is used in a mixing ratio of 1:10. Depending on the degree of soiling, the liquor is heated (50 - 75 °C) and the exposure time / chamber is selected (6 - 25 min ).
Afterwards, the textiles should be rinsed thoroughly and the residues neutralized with a BÜFA sole washing agent.
Attention: The reaction with the deposits can lead to a strong gas formation and an associated foam formation during the contact time. It is important to always have a defoamer ready.
