InkClean PG is a mid-alkaline, water-miscible cleaning concentrate for the low-emission and effective cleaning of printing plates. It reliably removes ink residues from UV, water and solvent-based ink systems and is gentle on materials and compatible with aluminum. Ideal for sustainable and thorough cleaning.

Application

InkClean PG is a mildly alkaline, aqueous cleaning concentrate for the production of aqueous washing baths for manual or automated cleaning. InkClean PG has been developed for the removal of aqueous-based printing inks from printing plates. InkClean PG is also designed for alkali-sensitive surfaces. Slight foaming can be observed at room temperature, but does not interfere with the cleaning process.

Instructions for use:
To compensate for cleaning bath evaporation and carry-over, we recommend topping up the cleaning bath periodically or continuously with a mixture of 7% InkClean PG/ 93% water. Please stir the mixture in the storage tank well before and during pumping into the machine due to its 2-phase nature!
