Description
EW is an outstanding cleaning agent with a range of impressive properties. It is silicone-free and extremely effective at removing organic soiling. It is also versatile and suitable for both alkaline and acidic cleaning solutions.
Application
EW is a pH-neutral active ingredient concentrate with strong anti-foaming properties. In addition to the defoaming effect with a higher organic load in the cleaning solution, the product considerably improves the wetting effect and dirt-carrying capacity of the solutions. EW can be used as a foam inhibitor in alkaline and acidic media, EW is particularly suitable for foam control in brewing baths, crate washers and other highly turbulent systems in the food industry. EW can be added both manually and via automatic dosing systems.EW can be used in cold solution. However, use in warm solution significantly improves the result. Concentrate premixes with acids, alkalis and other detergent concentrates are not stable. When used in food processing plants, rinse with fresh water after treatment with EW to remove all product residues from the cleaned surface.
