Entschäumer EZ Superkonz. is a neutral defoamer emulsion. Our product prevents foaming and is very economical due to its highly concentrated formulation. Particularly suitable for brush washing systems with water recovery. DEntschäumer EZ Superkonz. can be used in HD/HW and spray extraction units.
Application
The product Entschäumer EZ Superkonz. is used to prevent annoying foam formation in automatic vehicle washing systems with water recovery, in floor cleaning machines with dirty water tanks and other machines that generate a lot of foam, such as high-pressure/hot water devices and spray extraction devices. Entschäumer EZ Superkonz. is added manually if required, but the concentrate is usually also dosed via corresponding automatic dosing systems, e.g. in vehicle washing systems. When using automatic dosing systems, the instructions of the system manufacturer must be observed.
Vehicle washing system: 20 - 200 ml per m³. The exact dosage must be set according to the values determined on site.
Automatic floor cleaning machines and spray extraction devices: Add concentrate to the existing defoaming device (see device operating instructions) or directly into the dirty water tank.
