Enthärter-Flüssigkeit is a cold protection for high-pressure/hot water appliances. Our product protects heating coils, pipes and equipment. It offers very good material compatibility and temperature stability, is phosphate-free and contains no EDTA or NTA.
Application
Enthärter-Flüssigkeit is used to complex and disperse the water's hardness constituents in high-pressure/hot water appliances, water circuits, high-speed steam generators, etc. Continuous dosing of softener liquid effectively protects the heating coils in the appliances against rapid calcification. The product is also fully effective at higher degrees of hardness. Other areas of application are areas in which limescale build-up is to be prevented. Enthärter-Flüssigkeit can be mixed with water in any ratio. Precise dosing is carried out either via a dosing injector of the cleaning device or via a solenoid valve, which is set by a control unit according to the water hardness determined on site. If pre-dilution is required for automatic application via dosing devices, the instructions of the appliance manufacturer must be observed. Enthärter-Flüssigkeit can also be added manually if required
Manual dosing: approx. 40 ml of concentrate per 10 °dH and m³ of water
Automatic dosing: 3 - 5 ml of concentrate per °dH and m³ of water
The exact dosing quantity must be set according to the measured values determined on site.
